RO16 Elaborated Handbook

Introduction.

Middle East Esports provides flexibility to the players in terms of scheduling matches and ability to play off our stream days. However, there have been cases of misunderstanding, thus further clarification is needed.

Playing off our stream days.

As it was previously stated, in case participants cannot play during our scheduled dates for each round, they are able to arrange a time and play off our stream. Both players have to notify the administrators of Middle East Esports Discord channel (Summerkarma and Shir) and agree on a format that their series will be played. Therefore, there are two possible scenarios:

Scenario 1:

The administrators and tournament participants agreed on a time when the matches are going to take place and none of the players is willing to stream it.

In this case players are strictly forbidden to disclose the results of their match. The lobby has to be private and the replays have to be sent to the tournament administrators. The replays might then be shown by Middle East Esports during one of the streams.

NB. If the results of these matches are disclosed before Middle East Esports announces them, then the results are nullified.

Scenario 2:

The administrators and tournament participants agreed on a time when the matches are going to take place and at least one of the players is willing to stream.

In this case the player that is willing to stream has to follow our tournament broadcasting rules. The replays of the matches have to be sent to the tournament administrators.
